For the past two years, Kaira Clan has hosted Saudi Telecom’s (stc) Forward Innovation Lab, whose Talent Journey Innovation Sprint program just came to an end. Nokia Solutions and Network has also acted as a partner in the Lab.

In the innovation sprint Mint Company had the privilege to work in cooperation with Kaira Clan and the client’s teams from concept ideas to clickable prototypes. There were a total of four teams and prototypes. The challenge was a very tight schedule: the work was done in just over a month at a fast pace.

From the beginning, Mint started with a “Yes, can do” attitude. After discussions and familiarization with the concepts, Mint made a clear schedule for the project to meet the need – realize several prototypes at the same time. After that Mint’s designers envisioned and designed protypes in close cooperation with stc’s teams.

With the help of these clickable prototypes, the business value of all concepts was crystallized: how the new concept solves the current way of working, making it more agile, faster, and cost-effective.

“We were positively surprised by how quickly Mint’s UX/UI designers got an understanding of what we wanted to show with the prototypes. It speaks of their high and versatile competence.
